Our fitness center offers members the opportunity to improve strength and fitness in a small, friendly space  Warm up before or cool down after your tennis or paddle games.   Combine with swimming for a complete full body workout.     We have a range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, and free weights.  The   cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, ellipticals,  and recumbent and upright bikes.   Watch the High Definition TV's  while you work out.

Attain your fitness goals through Personal Training with Meagan Brown.  For group training we  offer Mad Fitness, a high intensity program and  Fit  For Tennis, a  tennis specific training program.  For a great workout on the tennis courts, try Cardio Tennis  which combines  tennis with fast-paced drills that keep players heart rates up.    Hank Drought leads   Group Personal Training, a cardio and circuit weight training program incorporating TRX Suspension Training.
