Our Fitness Center offers members a great workout in a small and friendly space.

Just What You Need

Warm up before or cool down after your tennis or paddle games. Combine with swimming for a complete full body workout. We have a range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, and free weights. The cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, ellipticals, and recumbent and upright bikes. Use of the locker rooms, showers and restrooms are available to members and drop-in visitors paying a fee. We also offer Aquatic Fitness and Cardio Tennis classes. 

NEW Fitness Classes

We are thrilled to begin offering outdoor fitness classes on our paddle courts this summer. Our certified fitness instructors, Bee and Chay, will guide you through 50 minutes of yoga, boot camp and dance fitness. Sign up online. 

 

 

 

 

Masters Adult Swim Clinic

‘re bringing back a popular adult swim clinic as lap swimming has become increasingly more popular this summer. This clinic with Todd will work on stroke technique, improving endurance and speed in the water. Suitable for all level of swimmers looking to improve or begin lap swimming. Sign up online or call the front desk.

Fall Season: Saturday & Sunday 8 am

 

Get Fit Swim Clinic

For younger swimmers that are missing swim team these clinics will keep kids conditioned, strenghten and building their endurance until swim team can begin again. Clinics in the morning and evening for all ages.
