MRSC Competitive Swim Clinics
Coach Jen Lyman hosts competitive level clinics where she works with athletes on refining competitive strokes, turns and starts. There will be video feedback during each clinic. All swimmers must currently be participating in a competitive swim program, or approved by Coach Jen in order to participate.
This program is open to all collegiate, USA, and high school girls & boys interested in fulfilling a level of fitness for competitive swimming. This clinic provides not only an opportunity to improve overall fitness and technique, but also to meet other USA and high school swimmers and build team morale.
