Junior Swim Lessons
Swimming Made Better.
Professional instruction & clinics for every age.
MRSC can turn your kids into fish.
Why MRSC Swim Lessons Work So Well.
We want your child to become confident in the water. Because we know that each child will progress at their own rate, it is our objective to provide a safe and positive learning environment. Your child will advance to the next level when ready as determined by the end of session evaluation.
Your Personal Attention Please
MRSC’s student to teacher ratio is 5:1 for beginners and 6:1 for intermediate and advanced swimmers. This means students stay engaged with the instructor so they learn more in each lesson. They also receive far more personal attention and one-on-one guidance from the instructor. This makes a big difference in quickly mastering the basics of swimming.
A Sense of Community
There is always a familiar and friendly instructor waiting for your child when they enter the pool deck for a swim lesson. We value our sense of community at MRSC and know that your child will thrive in a warm and caring environment.
Fall 2019 Junior Swim Schedule
Our swim classes feature low student to instructor ratios with a maximum of 5:1 for beginner classes (Tadpole through Snapper) and 6:1 for intermediate and advanced classes (Striper through Dolphin). Registration starts on December 3rd.
Parent & Child
AquaBabies (6-12 months) A wonderful introduction to a swim class for infants and parents. This class is designed to adapt children to the water through songs and games. Parents are introduced to the basics of our swim lesson program and water safety.
AquaTots (13-36 months) While swimming with parents, toddlers are encouraged to explore the water and learn basic swimming skills and water safety through water play, songs and use of flotation aids.
Advanced AquaTots For the 2+ year old who is very comfortable in the water and is almost ready for our Tadpole lesson, but too advanced for AquaTots. Swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the water and will learn independent floating and proper body position.
